Investing in your Project & Program Managers and Business Analysts is one sure way to be prepared for economic and industry changes. Based on ESI's work with best in class organizations, Mr. Haddad will share best practices in each area of your human capital strategy and will focus on learning initiatives. What are the key best practices during the design phase? What are best in class approaches to what happens before the learning, during and after? How do you ensure adoption of best practices?
