Introduction:

 

The intended and proposed courses a targeting Project Managers and PMP certified personal seeking to deepen their leadership skills to approach effective project management leadership.

The course is conducted in two waves Level 1& 2, two CCR cycle of self directed learning that totals thirty PDU’s.

Each topic is conducted in one day class of three hours aiming to establish the main concepts and provides fundamental prerequisites for diploma in PMI Leadership.

  • Surveying different types of change, How to identify and react to resistance, the change process itself , How organizational changes affect people provided by tested Models.

  • Introduction to Seven Habits for highly effective people. 

  • Steven Covey best seller Seven Habits are introduced and a flavor of each habit with concentration on basic Ideas and concepts provided by  visual aids.
